I was thinking about this passage of scripture:
Matthew 3:7-9 "¶ But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: 9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham."
Real Christians do not add to the word of God, like what the Pharisees and Sadduccees did. In saying “We have Abraham to our father,” they are saying that they have another way to God. But Jesus tells us:
John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
There is only one way to God, and that is by Jesus — the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to God the Father, except by the way, the truth and the life — Jesus Christ the Lord. Amen.
Proverbs 14:12 "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."
In saying that “We have Abraham to our father,” the Pharisees and the Sadduccees are giving us another gospel. The end thereof will be death.
Galatians 1:6-9 "I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."
The gospel of the Sadducees and the Pharisees is another gospel. To say that "we have Abraham to our father, and therefore we are not saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ" is another gospel. If any man preach this gospel, let him be accursed.

Dear Max,
how blessed are they which abide in the Word. May your instruction be proven in your family’s lives day by day in doing. “5Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
6Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
7Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
8Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
9She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
10Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
11I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.
12When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.
13Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.”
I surely pray all brothers and sisters in Jesus remain in His and our Father’s grace, each day, forever
